KW NIL Community - Individual Membership

KW NIL Community membership includes, but is not limited to:
- Access to the Community Member Group
- Exclusive rights to up to 3 colleges or universities
- Training on how to mentor collegiate athletes
- A platform for participating schools across the country
- Coaching on developing local athletes into real estate careers
- A backend system for student athletes to earn a free referral license
- Availability of NCAA compliance for NIL offerings
- Training for local agents on guiding a thriving SOI through athletics

Qualifications for Membership:

KW® agent with GCI greater than $50,000 in the last 12 months. If a KW® agent's GCI is less than $50,000 in gCI in the last 12 months AND KW® Agent is on a team, a Rainmaker (as defined by KWRI) can request membership for KW® Agent on their team as long as the Rainmaker's GCI is greater than $150,000 in the last 12 months. If a KW® Agent's GCI is less than $50,000 in the last 12 months, a KW® agent may still become a KW NIL member through executive selection based on suggested qualifications. KW® Agent may self-report GCI if transferred from another brokerage within the last 12 months.
